We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Experienced Hair Stylist! Come and join our team, we offer:
- Competitive guaranteed wages. We start with a guaranteed hourly plus gratuities basis, or commission plus gratuities (whichever is more day to day). This guarantees earnings while building a clientele basis.
- Commission Retail Sales on all product sold to clients

- We have Full Reception Team to book your appointments and take care of client communication. This allows you to be more efficient and solely concentrate on your clients!
- Yearly Earnings will start at $60,000/year, but will quickly increase beyond this once a clientele is established. This would be the Base Earnings upon being hired.
- We offer flexible vacation time. Give us proper notice and we are very flexible with taking time off!

Candidates for the position would ideally have:
- 2+ Years Hairstyling Experience
- Experience with Aveda Colouring (we can also provide training)
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team
- Ability to cut, colour, style, create wedding styles, shampoo blow dry hair.

- Apprentices will be given the opportunity to learn, and thrive in their new career! One on one training, and experience on the floor are the quickest paths to gaining a clientele base and moving forward with your career.
- Starting at $18/hour plus gratuities, ($3000/month plus tips). After apprenticeships are completed, there is the opportunity for increased wages/or a move to commission based earnings including commission on retail products.
- We offer ongoing education through Aveda courses including colouring, cutting, and styling to help further your education.

Candidates for the position would ideally have:
- Completed a Hair Styling Program and be looking to move into an Apprenticeship
- Have passion and confidence to move their career forward in a relaxed and nurturing work environment.
- Have the ability to help other stylists with greeting clients, getting tea/coffee, helping our reception team, washing/blow drying hair.
- We will give individuals the skills to succeed, and want to move them into taking clients as soon as they are comfortable.
